PILLAR BOXES FOR RECYCLE FOR SIGHT.

To enhance their response to the collection of used spectacles for LEHP, Brighton Lions designed and implemented a colourful pillar box to promote both the collection of used spectacles and the activities of Lions in general.

For Brighton this has been a success, under the direction of our LEHP Manager, Murray Slater, we are now processing in excess of 10,000 pairs of spectacles annually.

The wide spread adoption of the pillar boxes is now a district project managed by Brighton on behalf of the District.
